Cancellation Policy

For bookings made on or after 6 April 2020, we advise you to consider the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and associated government measures.  During times of uncertainty, we recommend booking an option with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can cancel free of charge until free cancellation expires. If you don’t book a flexible rate, you may not be entitled to a refund. Your cancellation request will be handled by the property based on your chosen policy and mandatory consumer law, where applicable.

Advance purchase rates must be fully prepaid at the time of booking and they are non-refundable and non transferable. In the case of a no show or cancellation, 100% of the cost of stay will be charged. We recommend to check travel insurance policies to cover your incidental losses due to cancellations
Flexible - 1 day                                                                                                                 
Full prepayment will be taken 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation or modification is free of charge 24 hours prior to check in which is 16:00hrs. In case of no shows or cancellation made within 24 hours of check in, 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged. This also applies to bookings made within 24 hours of check in. We recommend to check travel insurance policies to cover your incidental losses due to cancellations
Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, rates are not refundable. 
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
