Annual Tea & Tour Event

Come and see how the Belgrade Theatre operates followed by afternoon tea in our brand-new café! Whilst the last year has involved staying home for long periods – and keeping safe – our huge range of participation, community and talent development work has continued. So too has our 2020 Redevelopment project – which will transform our café and first floor. We can’t wait to show you these fantastic new spaces and we will be formally unveiling our brand-new café in May 2021 when we are able to reopen for indoor hospitality. This means we can offer a wonderful opportunity for you to get an exclusive tour of the café, and also learn about the development of the theatre and how we work to help Coventry’s largest professional theatre run smoothly. At the end of the tour, if you choose to add afternoon tea to your booking, a table will be waiting for you for a front-row experience of the new café. After the year we have all had, it would be lovely to have something to look forward to and what better way to show the theatre-lover in your life your appreciation by treating them to an afternoon tea filled with theatre knowledge, cakes and tea! Your afternoon tea will include finger sandwiches, miniature cakes, scone jam & clotted cream and unlimited tea/coffee.
